-DAILY RATES-

** Pete’s Place Cabin daily rates - based on a double occupancy.

** Friday – Saturday – and Holiday rate is $135.00, minimum of 2 day stay.

** Sunday – Thursday rate is $125.00.

** For any single night reservation – there will be an additional charge of $25.00.

** There will be an additional flat rate charge of $25.00 for additional guests – maximum cabin occupancy of 4 people. No charge for children under 4 years of age.

** Weekly Rate is $700.00 ~ which is $100.00 per night.

** Taxes - A Washington State sales tax and Island County Lodging tax of 10.3% is added to all rental fees.

** Gift Certificates: Reservations at Pete’s Place log cabin would make an ideal wedding, anniversary, birthday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or any “special” occasion gift!

-POLICY-

** Check-In Policy: Arrival time for guests is 3:00 p.m.

** Checkout Policy: Checkout time is 11:00

** Reservation Policy: Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. Weekends and Holidays require a two-night minimum stay. Rates are based on 2 people. Guests must be 19 years old or older to rent.

** Deposit Policy: One night’s rent, including taxes, is required as an advance deposit on your reserved dates. The balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival date at Pete’s Place. 25% is required for stays of 4 or more nights.

** Payment Policy: Accepted Payments - Visa, MasterCard, money order, personal checks, and cash. Reservations made within 14 days require full payment.

** Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation notice must be received at least a full 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund of deposit. For no-shows or cancellations made without the 14-day prior notice, the deposit will be applied to a future stay. If we are able to rebook the cabin, we will refund your deposit.

** Refund Policy: No refunds will be given due to inclement weather, but guests may be given credit for a future stay.

** Cleaning Policy: Clean linen and towels are supplied at beginning of rental stay. The cabin is cleaned prior to occupancy. For longer stays, fresh towels and linens will be provided on a weekly basis. Upon request, they will be provided more often.

** Cleanup for Checkout: - When you are ready to leave please make sure all garbage is gathered and put into the outside receptacle and all the dishes you used are cleaned and put away. Housekeeping will do the rest.

** Telephone Service and Internet – Guests at Pete’s Place have free local telephone service and DSL connection.

** Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin.

** Pet Policy: Sorry, no pets.

** Leaving: We are sorry you have to leave and hope you enjoyed your stay at Pete’s Place. Have a safe trip home and hope to see you again.

** Liability: Neither Robert or Diana Ross or “Pete’s Cabin LLC”, are in any way responsible for any accidents you may have on the property at Pete’s Place cabin. If you have an accident, your own insurance will have to cover any expenses for emergency room, ambulance, doctors or hospitals.
